Ferrous Sulfate

Ferrous sulfate, also known as green vitriol, is one of the most common chemical fertilizers used to supply iron to plants. Its most common form is heptahydrate, which consists of several bound water molecules. In agriculture, ferrous sulfate plays a vital role since iron is essential for chlorophyll production, enhancing greenness, growth, flowering, and fruiting. This process enables plants to absorb sunlight and perform metabolism effectively.

Iron deficiency prevents chlorophyll formation, causing leaf chlorosis. Young leaves and the upper parts of stems turn pale or yellow, and over time the entire plant is affected.

Beyond agriculture, ferrous sulfate is widely used in pharmaceuticals (iron supplements) and in various industries such as dyeing, textiles, leather, electroplating, casting, and zinc extraction from ores.

Our company produces high-quality ferrous sulfate with 19–21% purity, available in 10 kg, 25 kg, and jumbo bag packaging, serving both farmers and industrial users.
